When fulfilling orders through DecoNetwork (DN) from a Shopify store, it’s crucial to select the correct shipping method to match the one chosen by the customer at checkout. This ensures accurate shipping charges and timely delivery. By default, DN will assign a shipping method of the exact same name as the shipping method chosen by the customer in Shopify, if it exists in DN. If a matching name cannot be found, the default shipping method will be assigned. Follow this tutorial to select the appropriate shipping method for Shopify orders to be fulfilled in DN. This task can be completed once integration has been successfully configured and orders have been submitted from Shopify.
To Assign a Shipping Method for Shopify Orders:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Admin > Websites.
Click on the Manage button beside the store you want to configure.
- Select FulFill Shopify Orders from the Store menu.
The Fulfill Shopify Orders page is loaded in the work area.
- Click on the Orders tab.
- Click on the order number of an order requiring a shipping method.
- Select a shipping method corresponding to the Shopify shipping method from the Shipping Method dropdown list.
- Click OK.
