Add featured products to your DecoNetwork website homepage

Welcome to our tutorial on how to enhance your DecoNetwork website by adding featured products to your homepage. One of the most effective ways of showcasing your best products and capturing visitor attention right from the start is by showing featured products. In this guide, we'll take you through the steps of using the Website Editor and the Decorated Products Listing Widget to instantly integrate featured products into your homepage. Whether you're looking to promote seasonal items, bestsellers, or new arrivals, this feature is going to help you build an interactive shopping experience for your customer.

Prerequisites

• You must have administrator access to use this feature
• You have marked products as featured. For instructions, see the article, How to Set Featured Products in Your Store.

To add featured products to your website homepage:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
2. Browse to Admin > Websites.

   

   

3. Select Manage for the website you want to configure.
   
4. Select Edit Website, then Website Pages to access the Website Editor.
   

   The Website Editor will load in the Admin area with the homepage selected.

   
5. Click on the WIDGETS button in the Website Editor Toolbar.
6. Browse the Widgets tab to locate the Decorated Product Listing Widget in the LISTS section.
   
7. Click and drag the Decorated Product Listing Widget onto your homepage.

   The Decorated Product Listing Settings popup will be displayed.

   
8. Make sure "Normal" is selected from the Categories Display drop-down list.
9. Select "Featured Products" from the List Display drop-down list.
10. Configure the other properties for the Decorated Product Listing Widget. (Optional)
    • Panel title: lets you specify the title that will appear in the header area for the product listing.
    • Category lets you choose the category of products to be displayed. All categories will be displayed if nothing is selected.
    • Products Per Page: lets you specify the number of products the listing will be limited to.
11. Configure the Design settings for the Decorated Product Listing Widget. (Optional) Click here for instructions.
12. Click OK to apply the changes.
13. Click on the Save button and then click on the Publish button at the right of the Page Settings Bar.
