How to Filter Orders by Order Source in Business Hub

The Orders List in Business Hub includes an Order Source column, allowing for more granular filtering of orders based on where and how they were placed. This feature helps fulfillment center operators quickly identify and manage orders by their origin, such as Shopify, external integrations, or Business Hub transactions. By using this filtering option, you can streamline order management and gain better insights into order sources. This tutorial will guide you through the steps to filter orders by their source on the Orders page in Business Hub.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator, Sales Manager and/or Sales Team Member permission to use this feature.

To filter orders by order source:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Orders.

   

   

   

   The Orders List is shown in the main work area.

3. Click on the cell directly underneath Source table header.
   

   If the Source column is not visible, enable it by clicking on the cog icon at the end of the header row and ticking the Source checkbox, then clicking OK.

   
4. Select the specific order source you want to filter by.

   The available options include:

   • All Internet orders: Filters all orders that originated from an online source, including orders placed on your DecoNetwork affiliate storefront(s), Shopify, and other external integrations.

   • All Business Hub orders: Filters all orders that were manually created in Business Hub, including new orders, quotes, and copied transactions.

   • Internet: New Order: Filters only new orders placed directly through your DecoNetwork online store(s) by customers.

   • Internet: Quote Request: Filters quote requests submitted through your online store(s) before they are converted into an order.

   • Internet: Copied Order: Filters orders that were duplicated from a previous order within your DecoNetwork online store(s).

   • Internet: Shopify Order: Filters orders that were imported from a connected Shopify store for fulfillment through DecoNetwork.

   • Internet: External Integration: Filters orders originating from other third-party platforms integrated with DecoNetwork.

   • Business Hub: New Order: Filters new orders that were manually created in Business Hub by staff members.

   • Business Hub: New Quote: Filters new quotes manually created within Business Hub by staff members.

   • Business Hub: Copied Order: Filters orders that were manually duplicated from an existing order within Business Hub.

   • Business Hub: Copied Quote: Filters quotes that were manually copied from an existing quote within Business Hub by staff members.

   The order list will update to show only orders that match the selected order source.
