If a gift certificate has been disabled in DecoNetwork, it can no longer be redeemed by customers. However, if you need to reactivate it—whether due to a customer request or a change in policy—you can easily enable it again. This tutorial will guide you through the steps to enable a previously disabled gift certificate in DecoNetwork.
Prerequisites
- You must have administrator access to use this feature
To enable a disabled gift certificate:
- Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
- Browse to Admin > Marketing > Gift Certificates.

Select Gift Certificates.
The main work area displays a list of already configured gift certificates.
- Click on the Enable button beside the gift certificate you want to enable.
- Click OK in the confirmation popup.
