One of the great features of DecoNetwork is the ability to link up with shipping carriers so that they can provide live shipping rate estimates at the time of checkout or at the time that you are creating an order in Business Hub.
Watch the following video to see how to set up live shipping methods. Read below for written instructions.
Prerequisites
- You must have administrator access to use this feature
To set up live shipping methods:
- Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
- Browse to Admin > Settings > Shipping.
Select Shipping Methods.
A list of your configured shipping methods will appear in a list.
- Click on the Manage Live Shipping Carriers button in the top actions toolbar.
The Live Shipping Carriers page is displayed with a list of your currently added live shipping carriers.
- Click on the Add Live Shipping Carrier button.
The Add Live Shipping Carrier page is displayed showing the available live shipping carriers for your region.
- Click on the tile of the shipping carrier you want to add.
- Click the Connect [Carrier] button in the Details popup of the selected carrier.
The Edit Live Shipping Carrier Credentials page is displayed.
- Enter your credentials and account details for the shipping carrier connection.
- Click the Test settings button to test the connection.
A popup will be displayed to notify you if the connection was successful or not.
- Click Save.
The Live Shipping Carriers page is displayed with the new carrier added to the live shipping carriers list.
- Click on the Choose Methods button beside the shipping carrier you just added.
The Edit Live Shipping Carrier Methods page is displayed.
- Tick the checkboxes for each of the shipping methods that you want to enable.
- When done, click Save.
