What is a cross site session?

You may have encountered the message, "Cross Site Session", when trying to access the Admin section of your DecoNetwork affiliate store.

A session, in the context of a web application, is a place for storing data when you interact with the website. When you log in to your DecoNetwork website, a session is created.

Cross Site Session usually means your authentication tokens have become confused which is often caused by being logged in to different DecoNetwork affiliate sites at the same time with different accounts in the same browser.

To fix the problem:

1. Log out of all your sites.
2. Log in to your Fulfillment Center with your main admin account.
