is there a way get the field to use in the order template, so I can use it for some logic about how the worksheets are displayed once printed.
Hello Daniel Spooner,
Thanks for your question.
Just to confirm, it sounds like you are asking whether there is a template field/variable available that identifies which worksheet template (Worksheet 001 or Worksheet 002) is being used, so that you can apply conditional logic in the order template to control how the printed worksheet is displayed.
Currently, there is no variable available for use in the order template that exposes the selected worksheet template for conditional logic.
However, you can control which worksheet template is used by configuring the default worksheet template under:
Settings → Email & Order Templates → Order Templates → Edit (Worksheet) → Default Template
From there, you can choose either Worksheet 001 or Worksheet 002 as the default worksheet template.
If you need more advanced assistance with implementing a specific workflow, we recommend contacting our Client Services team for more in-depth support and guidance.
Hi
im just looking for the production staff account field or the downloaded field that i can add to y paperwork can you provide this ?
Thanks for clarifying, Daniel Spooner
You can include the assigned Production Staff Account name in the worksheet template using this following variable: item.production_team_member.
See this article for an example of how to add the production team member name to the worksheet template:
How to Include Production Team Member Name in the Worksheet Template
However, there is currently no variable available for the worksheet downloaded/printed status that can be added to the template.
