Set Production Statuses in Business Hub

You can define custom production statuses in the Admin section of your Fulfillment Center. Once production statuses have been defined, you can use them to manage the production of orders in Business Hub. Click here for instructions on how to define production statuses.

To assign a production status to an order:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Production.

3. Click view to load the production item you want to manage the status of.
   

   You can also click anywhere within an item's row to load it.

4. Click on the status button at the top of the production item.

   Click on the current status beside the Status label.

   

   The list of defined production statuses is displayed.

5. Select a production status from the list.
   
6. Click OK.

To filter orders by production status:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Production.

3. Click on the settings icon in the last cell of the header row.

   The table of order fields is displayed.

   
4. Tick the Production Status checkbox.
5. Click okay.

   The Production Status column is displayed.

6. Click on drop-down button in the first cell of the Production Status column.
   
7. Select a production status from the list.
8. Click Search.

   The Order list will be filtered by the selected production status.
