Set Personalization Options for Campaigns

A campaign is essentially a website listing a single product for sale. So a lot of the functionality that is available for decorative products is also available for campaign products, including personalization.

Prerequisites

• You must have administrator access to use this feature
• This feature is only available on the Premium and Enterprise Plans
• You must have the Campaigns app enabled

To set personalization options for a campaign:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
2. Browse to Admin > Websites.

   

   

3. Click the Add Campaign button.
   
4. Choose who operates the campaign:
   
   • The new campaign belongs to someone else: select this option if an Affiliate will operate the campaign.
   • The new campaign belongs to me: select this option if you - the Fulfillment Center - will operate the campaign.
5. Click Save.

   The Campaign Wizard is launched.

6. Select a product to sell on the campaign and click on the Next button.
   

   The Designer is loaded.

   The Designer in the Campaign Wizard is similar to the Designer in the Storefront, minus some features. All features present in the Campaign Wizard work in the same way as features in the Storefront Designer. Click here for details on how to use the features.

7. Add a text decoration to the product.
8. Click on the Advanced tab in the Text Properties panel.
   

   The Advanced options will be shown.

   
9. Tick the Allow Personalization checkbox. This allows the customer to make adjustments to the text field.

   The Personalization options will be shown.

   
10. Configure the Personalization options.
    • Caption: lets you enter a label for the text, e.g. "Name".
    • Max Characters: lets you specify the maximum number of characters the text can have.
    • max width: lets you set the maximum width which will resize the text to fit within the available space if the text string entered by the customer is very long. 
11. Click Next.
12. Configure the campaign settings:

13. Click Next.
14. Configure the campaign details:

15. Click Next.
16. Enter the account details for the campaign.

17. Click Launch your campaign.

    A progress indicator will be displayed while your campaign is being created. Once the campaign has been successfully created, the Campaign Created page is displayed. Click Close to view your campaign store.
