Why use product bundles
Bundles help you package products and decoration into one simple offer.
- Increase sales: Customers are drawn to all-inclusive, easy-to-understand offers.
- Social media friendly: Bundles are ideal for promotions and campaigns.
- Operationally efficient: Easy to manage when bundles are based on a single product type.
- Flexible pricing: Use unique decoration price tables to include decoration in the bundle price.
Create a single-product bundle
Single-product bundles are the simplest type. They work well for promotions where customers must order a minimum quantity of the same product (e.g., 100 shirts).
- In Admin → Products, copy an existing product (e.g., a performance t-shirt).
- Create a Product Group called “Bundles.”
- In Decoration Processes → Screen Printing, create a new price table (e.g., “Bundle Screen Printing”).
- Configure the table to include one color at no extra charge, with additional colors adding cost as needed.
- Assign this table as the default for your Bundles product group.
- Update the copied product:
- Change its product group to Bundles.
- Go to the Minimum Quantities and Bundles tab and set a minimum quantity (e.g., 100).
- Override the blank price with the bundle price (e.g., $799 for 100 units).
- Upload your custom sales image.
Configuring a single-product bundle
Create a multi-product bundle
Multi-product bundles combine different product types (e.g., shirts, shorts, hats). These require more setup since live inventory and purchase ordering are not supported for mixed bundles.
- Copy your existing bundle product to use as a base.
- Prepare new Sizes to represent each product type (e.g., “Shirts Bundle,” “Shorts Bundle”).
- Create a new Supplier called “Bundles” (since purchase orders cannot be raised with live suppliers for mixed bundles).
- Adjust the Minimum Quantity to cover all items (e.g., 20 shirts + 20 shorts = 40 minimum).
- Assign the new sizes to the bundle and set per-size prices if needed.
- Update Shipping dimensions and weight to reflect the bundle.
- Upload a new sales image that clearly explains the bundle.

Best-practice tips
- Keep bundle offers simple—customers should quickly understand what they’re getting.
- Use custom fields to collect extra information when needed.
- Always provide clear sales images with bundle details.
- Communicate with customers post-order if bundle configurations are complex.
Troubleshooting
- Live inventory not working? Mixed-product bundles do not support live inventory or purchase ordering. Use a manual “Bundles” supplier.
- Price not applying correctly? Make sure you’ve overridden prices across all price levels and configured your decoration table.
- Customer can’t add to cart? Check that your minimum order quantity matches your bundle requirement.
FAQs
Can bundles include different product colors?
Yes, as long as they are variations of the same base product. Multi-product bundles will need more configuration.
Do bundles support live purchase ordering?
Only single-product bundles can use live inventory and POs. Multi-product bundles require manual ordering.
Can I add size surcharges?
Yes. Larger sizes can still have additional costs within a bundle.
