Prerequisites
- You must have Admin access to configure Blank Product Display settings.
- Products or product groups must have Multiple Sizes enabled to support showing all sizes at once.
Why Configure Product Size Display
Configuring size display impacts how customers interact with your product catalog. Benefits include:
- Efficiency for multi-size orders – “Show all available sizes” allows customers to order multiple sizes in one view.
- Simplified interface – the “Add size” drop-down keeps product pages cleaner for single-size purchases.
- Consistency across sites – global settings ensure the same experience for every website.
Step 1: Configure Global Size Display
- In the Admin, go to Products → Blank Product Display.
- Scroll to the bottom to find the Size Display options.
- Select one of the following:
- Show "Add size" option – displays one size at a time with the option to add more.
- Show all available sizes – displays all sizes in a grid or row format.
- Click Save.

These settings are global and cannot be set differently for individual websites.
Step 2: Check Product and Group Settings
To display all sizes at once, products must support multiple sizes.
- In Admin, go to Products and select a product.
- Open the Sizing section.
- Ensure Multiple Sizes is turned on.

- Go to Products → Product Groups.
- Edit the group and open the Sizing section.
- Turn on Multiple Sizes.
Step 3: Configure Additional Display Options
In Blank Product Display, you can also configure:

- Default size: pre-select a size or set to No Default to force customers to choose.

- Sizes not displaying as expected: Verify that Multiple Sizes is enabled on the product or group.
