Prerequisites
- Administrator access to your DecoNetwork account.
- At least one Decoration Process (e.g., Screen Printing, Embroidery) must already be configured.
- Price tables should be set up under Decoration Processes → Decoration Prices before assigning them to products.
- Ensure your product catalog and product groups are added in Admin → Products.
Why configure decoration pricing by product or area?
By default, DecoNetwork applies one pricing table per decoration process and price level. However, not all products or decoration areas should be priced the same way. Configuring custom price tables ensures:
- Fair pricing for different garment types or qualities
- Ability to charge differently for easier vs. harder placements (e.g., chest vs. sleeve)
- Streamlined pricing updates across groups of products
- Full control over margin management
Step 1: Assign default decoration price tables
- Go to Admin → Decoration Processes → Decoration Prices.
- Scroll to the decoration process you want to configure.
- For each Contract Price Level, choose the default price table to use.

Best-Practice Tips
- Use consistent naming for your tables so staff can easily identify them.
- Apply group-level overrides to minimize repetitive configuration.
- Test your most common products to ensure pricing behaves as expected on the front end.
Troubleshooting
- Wrong table applied? Recheck both group and product-level settings—product settings override group defaults.
- Different prices not showing for decoration areas? Ensure Specify price for each decoration area is enabled.
FAQs
-
Can I use different tables for different sizes?
No, tables are assigned by process, group, product, or decoration area, not size. -
Do group settings affect existing products?
Yes, changes apply to all products in that group unless an individual product has its own override.
