Prerequisites
- You must have a customer account on the store.
- You must be logged in to your account.
Why use the My Account Purchases area
- Track order progress: See real-time statuses like Awaiting processing or Shipped.
- Find orders quickly: Use search and filters to locate specific orders.
- Manage payments: Pay outstanding balances directly from your order.
- Reorder easily: Quickly place repeat orders.
- Access full order details: View addresses, items, pricing, and history.
How to access your purchases
Step 1: Log in to your account
- From the storefront, click My Account.
- Enter your login details and sign in.
Step 2: Open your purchases

In the left-hand menu, click Purchases.
Access all your orders from the Purchases section in your account.
View and search your orders
The Purchases screen displays a list of all your orders with key details and filtering options.
Simple search
- Use the Order Number search bar to quickly find a specific order.
Advanced search
- Click advanced to access additional filters, including:
- Status (e.g., Payment Unconfirmed, Awaiting processing, In Production, Shipped)
- Invoice number
- Customer PO

Understanding the order list
- #: Click the order number to open full details.
- Status: Shows the current stage of the order.
- Date / Due Date: When the order was placed and expected.
- Date processed / shipped: Tracks fulfillment progress.
- Job Name: Identifies the order type.
- Total cost: Displays the order total.

View complete order information including items, addresses, and totals.
The order details screen provides a full breakdown of your order:
- Order summary: Order number, date, and shipping details.
- Billing and shipping addresses
- Product details: Items, sizes, quantities, and pricing.
- Totals: Subtotal, shipping, tax, and total cost.
- Status indicators: Including payment requirements.
- Order history: Timeline of updates and actions.
Take action on your order
From the order details screen, you can take several actions depending on the order status:
- Pay: Complete payment if the order shows Payment required.
- Reorder: Quickly place the same order again.
- Download PDF: Save or print a copy of the order.
- Add Comment: Communicate updates or notes about the order.
Best-practice tips
- Use advanced search filters when managing a large number of orders.
- Click the order number instead of scanning rows to quickly access details.
- Check the status column regularly to stay updated on progress.
- Use Reorder for repeat jobs to save time.
Troubleshooting
Orders not visible?
- Ensure you are logged into the correct account.
- Check your search filters – clear them or switch back to All Time.
Can't find a specific order?
- Try searching by Order Number instead of filters.

No, but you can contact the store or add a comment to request changes.
What does “Awaiting processing” mean?
The order has been received but has not yet started production.
