Staff account role access and permissions

Full system access. This role can access all areas of the system, including the Admin area to configure fulfillment settings and all sections of Business Hub.

Manages websites in the Admin area. This role can:

• Access the Websites section of Admin
• Manage all websites
• Create new websites and campaigns
• Access cookie consent options

Manages the fulfillment center’s online store only. This role:

• Can manage only the online store associated with the Fulfillment Center
• Cannot access affiliate stores
• Has no access to Business Hub
• Has no access to fulfillment settings

Manages products in the Admin area. This role can:

• Access the Products section of Admin
• Manage catalog selection
• Edit and create products
• Add and configure product brands

Manages stock designs in the Admin area. This role can:

• Access the Stock Designs section of Admin
• Manage stock design selection
• Edit and create stock designs
• Manage stock design collections

Manages decoration process setup in the Admin area. This role can:

• Access the Decoration Processes section of Admin
• Manage decoration process configuration
• Set availability and pricing

Manages marketing tools in the Admin area. This role can:

• Access the Marketing section of Admin
• Create coupons and gift certificates
• Manage customer sync integrations

Manages most Admin settings. This role can:

• Access the Settings section of Admin
• Access all Admin settings except Payment Methods

Manages payment setup in the Admin area. This role can:

Manages customer orders and sales activity in Business Hub. This role can:

• Create and edit quotes and orders
• Assign quotes and orders to sales staff members
• View other staff members’ performance in the Dashboard
• View the production overview
• Add, view, edit, delete, merge, and move customers
• Generate and send customer account statements
• Access the Record Payments node
• Process refunds when the permission is enabled
• Has no access to Admin settings

Assists with customer orders and sales tasks in Business Hub. This role can:

• View their own sales and quote performance in the Dashboard
• Create new quotes and orders
• View and process only the quotes and orders assigned to them
• View the production overview for assigned quotes and orders
• Process refunds when the permission is enabled

Manages production workflow in Business Hub. This role can:

• Access Business Hub only
• View production performance for all orders
• Process all production items
• Assign production items to any production staff member

Processes assigned production work in Business Hub. This role can:

• Process only the production items assigned to them
• Access all order information required to produce the order
• Record waste
• Mark jobs as complete or partially complete
• Set internal job notes
• May not edit the order
• Has no access to Admin

Manages artwork approval and stock design access. This role can:

• Process any artwork approval
• Assign artwork jobs to artwork staff members
• Access the Stock Designs section of Admin
• Upload designs
• Create designs in the template builder

Handles artwork approvals in Business Hub. This role can:

• Process artwork approvals assigned to them

Manages purchase orders in Business Hub. This role can:

• Access the Purchase Orders node
• Process purchase orders
• View the status of all outstanding orders

Manages shipping in Business Hub. This role can:

• Access the Shipping node
• Manage all shipping functions

Handles payment approval in Business Hub. This role can:
