Volume discount based on basket value no number of items

In one of our shops we have historically given a discount based on the volume purchased e.g. spend £100 and get 10% off. Frustrating as the only way to give this discount is by giving a coupon code so you are putting onus on customer.

    There is already the option to create a tiered cart discount based on PCSs in the cart, but I would like the option to offer a tiered discount based on the value of the items in the cart.

    Customer discount based on the total price
    We would like to ask if we can add a feature for discounts that will be based on the total price of the listed items and not the total quantity of the product items.

    Ex. the discount is for the total amount regardless of how many 22" x 12", 22" x 36, or 22" x 60" they get. Like if their subtotal before tax shipping and rush orders are $200-$799, it automatically gives them 10% off, and if the total is $800 and up, it gives them 25% off.
