Allow both Add to Cart and Request Quotes buttons from Designer Tool

It would be nice if a customer could request a quote straight from the Designer tool without having to switch over to Quote Mode. We do standard pricing for units under 50 and personalized pricing for units over 50. So we would like to use both modes at the same time to be able to have pricing visible and ability to add to cart or request a quote on larger orders straight from the Designer. In theory, we would not need the extra contact form page for quote requests.

This would be very helpful for those of us who sell products outside of the apparel realm, or products that see a lot of price fluxuation.
