Checkout Fields = Same thing as Product Custom Fields, but for Entire Order

We need the ability to add Checkout Fields similar to how we can with Product Custom Fields. This would allow the customer to be able to provide additional information or be up-charge on the entire order and not just for a product.

    Agreed! We have customer fields but that is only collected when they order with a new account. And the problem with customer notes is you can't export them so they get forgotten about.
