More Sales Data

I am finding it really difficult to get useful sales data.

For starters I’d like to know:

- People who haven’t bought for 3 months/6 months/12 months
- Client tags (What do they buy): Workwear / Print / Signage / Graphic Design
- Where did they come from? Referral/Website/Google/Friends/Family in a graph
- A box to include personal info, such as if they have kids, birthdays, getting married, ect
- Have they left us an online review?
- I’d like to be able to set a reminder to get in touch with them at a later date, or if they’ve asked me to ring them every 6 months for example
- How much customers have spent with us in certain time frames – 3 months / 6 months / 12 months – what industry/sector are they in?

I'm trying to use Deco as a sales management tool with no luck really.
