Company account should share Designs

All contacts under company account should share same Design library. Company usually has same logos so it doesn't make sense why we have to upload the same logo for each contact. When there is a change in logo we then have to worry about updating the logos for each contact for that company

  Add designs to a company that appear as "Company designs" on each associated customer
  We'd find it very useful if we could assign designs (such as a companies logo) to the "Company", then it would appear as a "Company" design to each associated customer
