Batch Stores lacking the Batch Production Feature--Still expects us to fulfill individual orders with completely different due dates--What's the point?
Under ConsiderationI have sent this is in for help and I am not getting anywhere, but have been told to request a feature... All together, batch stores don't offer any form of batch production. Especially when it comes to Purchasing the products (PO's are sorted by individual buyer with nothing stating which store) and due dates. Each order has its own due date with the standard turn around time for the entire system. So when a customer buys something, it immediately gives a due date 7 days out from the date they place the order, even though the BATCH store isn't closing for 2 weeks. So the order is considered past due before we even get to order the products.

Hi Crystal, are you aware you can raise a single consolidated PO for all orders on a site with batch production? You can also mark orders as produced and shipped in bulk when viewing a store under the batch sites list in Business Hub.
There is always room for improvement and I agree with your concern on order due date calculation.
