Production Status Automation

I know everyone has different production statuses, but for us our embroidery specific production statuses are as follows Needs Digitizing, Digitizing Ordered, Created Colorways, Sample Ran, Previously Used EMB, No Digitizing Needed.

To stream line this i would like to see the production status automatically go to "Previously Used EMB" when we select an embroidery file (either EMB or DST file) and if we are just entering text into the Designer have the production statues go to "no Digitizing Needed.

This would also be great for repeated screen printing orders where we have already printed films in the past.
