    A valuable addition to DecoNetwork would be a feature that allows customers to upload and manage their artwork independently, even without placing an order or requesting a quote. This functionality would enable customers to work on their designs at their own pace, ensuring they have the freedom to perfect their graphics and correspond with us via email for any assistance they may need. Often, customers require help with color matching, especially when specific Pantone colors are involved, or they simply prefer to refine their designs before committing to an order. By enabling customers to upload and store high-resolution, production-quality artwork directly in their accounts, we can avoid the limitations and potential quality loss associated with email attachments and external file-sharing services like Dropbox. This seamless integration would not only streamline the design process for customers but also enhance our ability to provide accurate and timely support, ultimately leading to higher satisfaction and more efficient service. Furthermore, having direct access to customer-uploaded artwork would reduce the administrative burden on both sides, facilitating a smoother workflow and ensuring that we, as vendors, can deliver exceptional print quality without unnecessary delays or complications.
