Please add "cancel order" notification

Can you please add a cancel order notification also? I don't like it that my sales team is canceling orders without my knowledge.

Preferably, I would like them to only submit a request to cancel an order, but for now, notification is probably just easier to implement.

  Sales person and Admin should get the notification by default

  Since cancel order does not cancel the order in QB automatically, we need this notification to create a task for the bookkeeper to cancel the order in QB also.

  Only admin/manager should be able to cancel (option to turn on/off on a manager setting)
  -Quote, Order, PO
  -Including Refund
  
  If a staff member cancels an item - there should be a note - to type in why - along with the notification for request to admin/manager
