Embroidery charge for Deco-created text artwork

I'd like digitizing to be charged for orders where customers are creating their own text via the deco site. 

We've found that sometimes the file produced by Deco doesn't work for our embroiderer, so we are losing money on the setup.

  This is an important feature that should be added asap. We dont want to lose money on the back end.
