Ability to Edit Cost on a Product or Custom Product

We would like the ability to edit the cost on a product or a custom product.

We originally imported some Lane Seven products from Alphabroder (so we didn't have to manually create them) and then we changed their supplier to "Lane Seven" since we prefer to order directly.

The "cost" on these products is incorrect now. Our cost is lower than Alphabroder. We'd like to edit the cost so that our markup and prices are correct, but since we can't edit the cost we are forced to use "Edit SKU Pricing" which messes up the display of Price, Supplier Cost, Mark-up, and Profit columns when ordering sizes on a Quote or Order.

If we could just edit the "cost" and put in our own cost for the products then everything else should flow smoothly (i.e. Supplier Product Markup, and those other columns when ordering sizes).
