Quote follow up emails - ability to send blanket follow up emails.

It would be really beneficial to if deco had some way to easily send blanket quote follow up emails via templates.  

I imagine this, in its simplest form, to allow user within the quotes list to select quotes via the checkboxes and then choose a "Follow up selected quotes" button (much like the "delete selected quotes" button).  From there we would be able to choose from various email follow up templates we've created to send a blanket quote follow up email.  Then have some kind of visual indicator in that same quote list that shows which quotes have already been followed up on and when. See Image below.

To even go one step further, it would be even better to build an automated email customizing function in deco that lets you create custom email templates and assign them to fire based on different deco criteria of your choosing.  In this case, we would create a blanket quote follow up email template and ,theoretically, be able to assign it to fire on any quote that become 1 week old (or whatever number of days you select).  Once again, have a visual indicator somewhere in the list as to which emails have been followed up on.

Functionality like this would be a big boost to our sales reps conversion rates.  As it stands you cannot even generate an excel report of anything quote related in deco.
