Quotes API ability and zoho integration

I would be great to have the ability for an API to access quote records the same way we can access order data and be able to update them as they become orders. I'm thinking specifically about the zoho integration. Currently the only "leads" you can download to zoho are contacts that are in the system that have never ordered. Zoho should be able to pull and update order and quote data to deco in the form of zoho "deals". Our deco quotes are the best leads we have and would be great to be able to follow up on them via a crm like zoho. If zoho pulled order data in as completed deals also, it would be a very powerful marketing and reporting tool. As it is, it is very lacking.

It would also be nice to have some kind of reporting from deco related to our quotes. A lot of people would like to know what their conversion rates are.

+1 for this, I was very surprised to not be able to access quotes via the API and it's disappointing to find they also aren't imported into Zoho.

This would be great to have - even if we could get the API details for quotes to pull into another system for ourselves.

This will never happen if you ask me. I've talked to them and nothing ever really got done. Its really just whatever they want to fix, regardless of the votes or needs.
