Add "Department" field into customer records/fields.

    Admin > Settings > Customer Settings > Customer Fields > Define Field Usage

    You can edit the input fields and mark their requirements.

    Yes, i do know you can make a custom field but i was hoping for something a little more robust/"systemized" that will be a selectable sort field in the customer list (Or maybe deco could just start allowing you to sort by custom fields instead of just system fields....that would work too).  But again, having it show up next to customers names in the company details page so have a better "at a glance" view of the heirarchy of decision making levels in that company.
