Deco Pay - Processing fee charged at a certain transaction amount

We would love to see a feature in Deco Pay where the transaction/processing fee is charged to the customer but only at a determined dollar value. ie. $0.01-1499.99 = No processing fee, $1500+ = 2.4% processing fee or whatever percentage amount we would like. Thanks for your consideration!

  This could prove difficult, as the charging of processing fees to the customer may be regulated or even prohibited by law in some areas or by the payment network.

  The recommended solution therefore seems to be to take these fees into account when calculating the price already

  I am confused as DecoPay already allows us to charge customers for processing this is just away of selecting what orders we do it for.
