Add popup note to customers account

It would be nice if there was an area that we could add customer notes that would popup when a customer is selected during the creation of a quote, the creation of an order, when a job is loaded, etc. I envision this being an area with a note field that you you can type in your note, and select what areas you want it to popup in. Examples would be:

- Clients that are a pain to work with
- Clients that have a very specific need for printing
- Clients that are overdue on their account
- Clients that need updated contact information
- Operator/Printer notes to ensure it is seen,

  great idea!! could do with as well for our client that we have different deals with.

  Next update adds the option to specify a customer note as important. When selecting that customer on a quote/order a popup will appear showing any important notes.
