There should be an option in the settings to have scheduling done either via Order Entry Date, or Proof Approval Date or Payment Entry Date. We never schedule our jobs based on Order Entry Date. Our scheduling always reflects either Proof Approval or Payment Date, whichever comes later. Currently our scheduling is in chaos.
