Override standard catalog pricing

It would be great to be able to override the standard catalogue pricing for product base prices to reflect the rates we actually purchase products for. Some of the rates provided by the supplier to deco don't match the level we are on with those suppliers, which makes calculating markups difficult.

  The draw to DecoNetwork was the catalogues uploaded with correct pricing.  When we click suppliers, some of them are lower then what we're paying.
