I am wanting to have a Remind button or status for orders.  Not putting them on hold, not cancelling and re-opening them but reminding you to follow up on a specific task, payment, return.... and be able to enter a day for the reminder.  More of a snooze system like Google Mail.

  I like this idea! I think in addition having auto reminder emails go out to customers (like the abandon cart) would automate this. Reminder about quote after X number of days. Same with payments.
