If you wish to cancel your DecoNetwork account, you'll need to submit a formal cancellation request. This ensures that your account is properly closed and all billing is ceased according to our cancellation policy.
Important Notes Before You Cancel

Before you submit a cancellation request, please consider reaching out to our client services team to discuss your reason for canceling. Our team is always available to help resolve any issues you may be having that have made you decide to cancel.
- Download your reports first:
If you are sure you want to cancel, we strongly recommend downloading all reports and account data you may need for your records.
After your account is canceled, you will no longer have access to the platform or your historical data. While rare, some businesses have required access to this information for tax or auditing purposes years after canceling their account.
- Final billing may apply:
If there are any outstanding fees or billing cycles remaining, your account will be charged accordingly before the cancellation is finalized.
How to Submit a Cancellation Request
- Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
- Browse to Admin > Account.

- Select Cancellation Request.
- Complete the Exit Survey form with your reason for cancellation.

- Once you are ready, confirm the cancellation by selecting "Yes" from the Cancellation Confirmation drop-down.

We are canceling the account due to retiring and selling company. The auto payment from the bank needs to be stopped.
