You can mass download all the necessary files and worksheets required for the production of your orders using the Production Files Sync app. The Production Files Sync app will download and periodically synchronize your production files to a third-party cloud storage service. This will eliminate the need for you to manually download production files one by one, saving you a lot of time. At the moment DecoNetwork only integrates with Dropbox. Integration to more cloud storage services will be added at a later date.
Prerequisites
- You must be on the Premium or Enterprise plans to access the feature.
- You must have Administrator and/or Production Manager permission to use this feature.
- You must have the Production Files Sync app enabled. The app is available as a $10/month addon for all plans.
- You must have an account with one of the supported third-party cloud storage services.

To enable the Production Files Sync app in DecoNetwork:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Admin and select the yellow + Apps Store button at the bottom of the Main Menu.
- Scroll to the Order Configuration section.
- Click Add now on the Production Files Sync app.
- Click on the I Agree to the above Fees button in the Confirm adding Production Files Sync popup.
To activate a connection to a particular file storage provider:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Admin > Settings > Production & Order Settings > Production Files Sync.
- Click Activate Now in the panel of the storage provider of your choice.
You will be taken to the Connect To... configuration screen for your chosen storage provider.
