Production Files Sync

You can mass download all the necessary files and worksheets required for the production of your orders using the Production Files Sync app. The Production Files Sync app will download and periodically synchronize your production files to a third-party cloud storage service. This will eliminate the need for you to manually download production files one by one, saving you a lot of time. At the moment DecoNetwork only integrates with Dropbox. Integration to more cloud storage services will be added at a later date.

Prerequisites

• You must be on the Premium or Enterprise plans to access the feature.
• You must have Administrator and/or Production Manager permission to use this feature.
• You must have the Production Files Sync app enabled. The app is available as a $10/month addon for all plans.
• You must have an account with one of the supported third-party cloud storage services.

To enable the Production Files Sync app in DecoNetwork:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Admin and select the yellow + Apps Store button at the bottom of the Main Menu.
3. Scroll to the Order Configuration section.
4. Click Add now on the Production Files Sync app.
5. Click on the I Agree to the above Fees button in the Confirm adding Production Files Sync popup.

To activate a connection to a particular file storage provider:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Admin > Settings > Production & Order Settings > Production Files Sync.
   
3. Click Activate Now in the panel of the storage provider of your choice.
   

   You will be taken to the Connect To... configuration screen for your chosen storage provider.

To enable/disable alternate and source files sync:

In addition to the primary production file, you can also choose to sync alternate production file formats and source files when production files are synced.

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Admin > Settings > Production & Order Settings > Production Files Sync.
   
3. Scroll down to the Production File Sync Options section.
   
4. Configure the Production File Sync Options as required.
   • Sync alternate format production file: Tick this checkbox if you want to include alternate format production files when syncing production files.
   • Sync source files: Tick this checkbox if you want to include the source files when syncing production files.
5. Click Save.

To configure when production files are synced:

You can choose to sync production files as soon as they are ready or to sync production files only when they are ready for production.

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Admin > Settings > Production & Order Settings > Production Files Sync.
   
3. Scroll down to the Production File Sync Status section.
   
4. Choose the Production File Sync Status option.
   • As soon as production files are ready for download: Choose this option if you want production files to be synced as soon as they are ready for download.
   • Once order is ready for production (payment req. met, PO ordered/received, and artwork approved): Choose this option if you want production files to only be synced when all production requirements have been met.
5. Click Save.
