Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure:
- You have Administrator access to DecoNetwork
- You have an active account with the shipping carrier you want to connect
- You have obtained any required carrier credentials such as account numbers, API keys, usernames, or passwords
- Your shipping origins and package settings are configured correctly
Access Live Shipping Carriers
The Live Shipping Carriers page allows you to configure and manage carrier integrations used to calculate real-time shipping rates at checkout.
- Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
- Browse to Admin → Settings → Shipping.

Select Shipping Methods.
A list of your currently configured custom shipping methods will appear on the Shipping Methods page.

Click the Manage Live Shipping Carriers button.
The Live Shipping Carriers page is displayed with a list of the live shipping carriers currently configured in your account.
Note: Available carriers will differ based on your DecoNetwork region.
Add a Live Shipping Carrier
Add a carrier integration to retrieve live shipping rates directly from the shipping provider during checkout.

Click on the Add Live Shipping Carrier button.
The Add Live Shipping Carrier page is displayed showing the available live shipping carriers for your region.
- Click on the tile of the shipping carrier you want to connect.

Click the Connect [Carrier] button in the Details popup of the selected carrier.
The Edit Live Shipping Carrier Credentials page is displayed.

Enter your credentials and account details for the shipping carrier connection.
You need to first sign up for an account with the carrier and request integration credentials before attempting to connect.

Click the Test settings button to test the connection.
A popup will be displayed to notify you if the connection was successful or not.

Click Save.
The Live Shipping Carriers page is displayed with the new carrier added to the live shipping carriers list.
The Choose Methods button will only be enabled if you have successfully tested the connection with your credentials.
Choose Carrier Shipping Methods
- Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
- Browse to Admin → Settings → Shipping.

Select Shipping Methods.
A list of your currently configured custom shipping methods will appear on the Shipping Methods page.

Click the Manage Live Shipping Carriers button.
The Live Shipping Carriers page is displayed with a list of your currently added live shipping carriers.

Click on the Choose Methods button beside the carrier you want to add shipping methods to.
The Choose Methods button will only be enabled if you have successfully tested the connection with your credentials.
The Edit Live Shipping Carrier Methods page is displayed.
- Tick the checkboxes for each of the shipping methods that you want to enable.
- When done, click Save.
Edit Carrier Settings
Carrier settings can be updated at any time to reflect account changes or shipping preferences.
- Go to Admin → Settings → Shipping Settings → Live Shipping Carriers.
- Locate the carrier you want to update.

Click Edit Carrier.
Click Edit Carrier to edit the settings for an existing carrier integration
- Update the required settings or credentials.

Click Save.
Updated settings take effect immediately for future shipping calculations.
Delete a Carrier Connection
Remove a carrier integration if it is no longer needed.
