Manage Live Shipping Carriers

DecoNetwork supports connections with a number of shipping carriers, allowing you to offer a range of shipping methods and live pricing directly from the shipping provider in your website checkout. With certain carriers, you will also be able to purchase postage and print carrier shipping labels and packing slips directly from Business Hub.

Prerequisites

• You must have administrator access to use this feature

To configure shipping methods:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
2. Browse to Admin > Settings > Shipping.
3. Select Shipping Methods.

   

   

   A list of your shipping methods will appear in a list on the Shipping Methods screen.

4. Click the Manage Live Shipping Carriers button.

   The Live Shipping Carriers screen is displayed with a list of your currently added live shipping carriers.

   
5. Click on the Add Live Shipping Carrier button.

   The Add Live Shipping Carrier screen is displayed showing the available live shipping carriers for your region.

   
6. Click on the tile of the shipping carrier you want to add.
7. Click the Connect [Carrier] button in the Details popup of the selected carrier.

   The Edit Live Shipping Carrier screen is displayed.

   
8. Configure the settings for the shipping carrier connection.
9. When done, click Save.
