Turn off stock designs for an affiliate store

Managing stock designs effectively in your affiliate stores is essential for maintaining brand consistency and ensuring that only the most relevant designs are available to your customers. Whether you need to disable specific designs due to seasonal changes, updates in your design strategy, or stock availability, this tutorial will guide you through the process.

Prerequisites

• You must have administrator or web developer access to use this feature

By default, stock designs that you make available in your Fulfillment Center will be available on the Designs page and in the Online Designer of your affiliate stores. If you want to turn off stock designs for an affiliate store, you need to configure separate settings to hide them from the Designs page and from the Online Designer.

To hide stock designs from the Designs page on an affiliate website:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
2. Browse to Admin > Websites.

   

   

3. Select Manage for the website you want to configure.
   
4. Select Edit Website, then Website Pages.
   

   The Website Editor will load in the Admin area.

   
5. Click on the PAGES button in the Website Editor Toolbar.
6. Click on the Designs page tab.
   
7. Double-click inside the design window.

   The Design Listing popup will be displayed.

   
8. Select Show Store Designs from the Show Designs dropdown list.
   

   This will hide stock designs and only show store designs for the affiliate site.

9. Click OK in the Design Listing popup.
10. Click Save.
11. Don't forget to Publish your changes.

To hide stock designs from the Online Designer on an affiliate website:

You have the option to hide stock designs in the Online Designer both globally and for individual stores. If you choose to display stock designs globally, they will be available in all affiliate stores by default. To override this setting at the store level, you must first enable the option to override global designer settings. 1. Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
2. Browse to Admin > Websites.

   

   

3. Select Manage for the website you want to configure.
   
4. Select Designer Settings > Designer Settings.
   

   The Designer Settings will load in the Admin area.

   
5. Tick the Change default settings for the designer to override the default settings for the Online Designer.

   The settings for the Online Designer will become available.

   
6. Scroll down to the Design Options section.
   
7. Untick the Show stock designs checkbox.
8. Click Save.
