This guide shows fulfillment centers how to enable or disable the Shopify fulfillment integration globally for all affiliate stores in your DecoNetwork account). Use the global toggle when you want to roll out the integration consistently, pause it across the network, or test it in a controlled environment before enabling store-by-store.
Shopify integration is designed to facilitate seamless communication between Shopify storefronts and affiliate stores in your DecoNetwork (DN) fulfillment center (FC), allowing for automated and accurate order fulfillment.

Prerequisites
- You have administrator access to your DecoNetwork Fulfillment Center.
- The Fulfill Shopify Orders App is installed and active for your FC account.
Why set global availability?
- Consistency: Offer the same Shopify fulfillment capability across all affiliate stores with a single control.
- Controlled rollout: Disable globally, then enable on selected stores to pilot and reduce risk.
- Operational efficiency: Avoid one-off configuration drift; flip one switch to match policy changes.
- Cost & quality control: Temporarily pause exposure if you are testing workflows or managing capacity.
You can override exposure for individual stores at any time. For per-store instructions, see Setting the Availability of Shopify Fulfillment Integration for an Affiliate Store.
Step 1: Browse to your Website's Admin
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Admin > Websites.
Step 2: Open Store Options
- Select Store Options.
The Store Options page will be displayed.
Step 3: Toggle Expose Shopify Fulfillment to all stores
- Tick the Expose Shopify Fulfillment to all stores checkbox to expose the Shopify fulfillment feature in all affiliate stores.
This will make the Fulfill Shopify Orders page available under the Admin menu of each affiliate store.
Uncheck it to hide the feature globally
Make sure you understand the operational impact before enabling globally. When exposed, affiliates can connect Shopify and begin routing orders for fulfillment—ensure staffing, workflows, and SLAs are ready.
Step 4: Save and verify
- Click Save.
- Open one affiliate store’s admin to confirm the Fulfill Shopify Orders page is visible (when exposed).
- If you're testing this feature in specific stores, leave the global setting disabled and and only enable exposure in the stores you're using for testing.
Best-Practice Tips
- Test first: Keep exposure turned off globally and enable it for just one or two trusted affiliates to make sure everything works as expected.
- Document expectations: Share connection, order flow, and support procedures with affiliates before exposure.
- Monitor order intake: After enabling globally, watch volume, turnaround, and exceptions for the first week.
- Keep an audit trail: Note who changed the exposure setting and when (internal ops log or ticket).
Troubleshooting
- Can’t see the checkbox? Confirm the Fulfill Shopify Orders app is installed and that you’re an admin.
- Affiliate can’t see the page after enabling? Have them refresh, clear cache, or sign out/in; confirm their role permissions.
- Option greyed out? Check account plan/permissions and verify there’s no org policy restricting global exposure.
FAQs
- Does enabling globally connect all stores automatically? No. It exposes the capability; each store still needs to configure its Shopify connection.
- Will disabling globally disconnect existing connections? No. It hides the feature and prevents new setup. Existing connections continue unless you disconnect them per store.
- How do I enable for only some stores? Leave global exposure off, then enable exposure on selected stores individually (see Related Article below).
