Creating an affiliate store in DecoNetwork allows you to expand your business by launching additional storefronts with their own branding, products, and pricing. These stores can be operated either by you (the Fulfillment Center) or by external affiliates, giving you flexibility to target different markets and customers.

- Your account must be on a Premium or Enterprise plan
Why create an affiliate store?
Affiliate stores allow you to scale your DecoNetwork business by enabling multiple storefronts under your Fulfillment Center.
- Expand into new markets: Create stores tailored to specific audiences (schools, teams, businesses, campaigns)
- Delegate store management: Allow affiliates to run their own storefronts while you handle production
- Control branding and pricing: Each store can have its own identity and product offering
- Generate additional revenue: Earn through affiliate commissions and increased order volume
Step 1: Navigate to Admin
- Log into your DecoNetwork Website.

Go to Admin > Websites.
Step 2: Add a new store

Click the Add Store button.
Click Add Store to begin creating a new website
Step 3: Choose store ownership

Select who will operate the store:
Select who will operate the new store
- The new store belongs to someone else: Choose this when creating a store for an Affiliate to manage.
- The new store belongs to me: Choose this when the Fulfillment Center will manage the store.
Tip: If you're unsure, choose “belongs to me”. You can later assign or convert the store for affiliate use. - Click Save.
Step 4: Enter store account and configuration details
After saving, you will be taken to the Store Sign Up page.
Complete the account, store, and personal details to finish creating the store

- In the Account details section:
- Enter an Account username for the store owner
- Enter a secure Account password
- Re-enter the password in Confirm password
- In the Store section:
- Enter a Store URL (this becomes the store’s web address)
Example: entering soccer-team will create
soccer-team.yourdomain.com - Select your domain from the dropdown (e.g., deco-apparel.com)

Choose a Store configuration (if available):
- Blank: Start with an empty store
- Template: Use a pre-configured store setup
This setting will only be available if store signup templates are available via Admin → Websites → Store Options
- Enter a Store URL (this becomes the store’s web address)
- In the Personal details section:
- Enter the Email address of the store owner
- This email will be used for:
- Login access
- Administrative notifications
- Account verification
- Under Terms & Conditions:
- Tick I Agree to the Terms And Conditions to proceed

Click Save to create the store account
The Verify Account popup will be displayed.
Step 5: Verify the store account
- Check the email inbox associated with the store account
- Locate the verification code sent by DecoNetwork
- Enter the code into the Verification Code field
- Click Submit Code

- Define the store’s purpose early: Campaign, long-term shop, or niche audience
- Use consistent naming: Helps manage multiple stores efficiently
- Set up commissions: Ensure affiliates are incentivized correctly
- Review branding: Customize theme, logo, and messaging for each audience
Troubleshooting
Ensure you are logged in as an Administrator and your plan supports affiliate stores.
Didn’t receive verification email?
- Check spam/junk folder
- Confirm the email address entered is correct
- Wait a few minutes and retry

Can I edit the store after creation?
Yes, you can configure products, pricing, branding, and settings at any time.
Can affiliates manage their own store?
Yes. If created as an affiliate-owned store, the affiliate can log in and manage it independently.
Can I convert a store later?
Yes, store ownership and configuration can be adjusted after creation.
