The Decorated Products Settings page allows Fulfillment Centers to control how decorated products behave across affiliate and managed stores. These settings determine pricing behavior, rule enforcement, and how much control store owners have over decorated product pricing and configuration.

Prerequisites
- You must have administrator access to your DecoNetwork account
- Your account must be on a multi-store plan
Why this matters
Decorated product pricing in DecoNetwork is built from multiple components (blank cost, decoration cost, markup, and commissions). Without centralized control, pricing inconsistencies and margin issues can easily occur.
These settings allow Fulfillment Centers to:
- Maintain consistent pricing rules across all affiliate stores
- Protect profit margins by controlling overrides
- Simplify product setup by defining default behaviors
- Decide how much flexibility store owners have in pricing
Step 1: Access Decorated Product Settings
- Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
- If you are the Fulfillment Center:
-
Browse to Admin > Websites.

-
Locate the website you want to configure and click Manage.

-
-
From the left menu, click Administration, then Decorated Products.
The Decorated Products Settings page will now be displayed, where you can configure pricing behavior and permissions.
Step 2: Configure default pricing rules
These settings define how new decorated products behave by default when added to the store.
- Configure the settings as required.
-
Default Decorated Product Price Rules
-
Ignore minimum quantity rules by default for new decorated products: ticking this checkbox allows decorated products to be purchased without enforcing minimum order quantities.
This settings does not apply to products customized in the Online Designer, where customers may change decoration methods and pricing logic.
- Ignore screen setup fees by default for new decorated products: when this checkbox is ticked, screen setup fees will be ignored for all new decorated products by default in this store.
- Ignore quantity discounts by default for new decorated products: ticking this checkbox disables bulk pricing discounts for decoration and blank pricing.
- Ignore blank product color price differences by default for new decorated products: tick this checkbox to apply a single base color price across all variants, regardless of any color-based cost differences. This includes decoration pricing variations for white, light, or dark colors, as well as price tables based on color types. The price of the default color will be used for all variants.
- Ignore blank product size price differences by default for new decorated products: tick this checkbox to apply a single base price for all variants of a blank product when creating new decorated products. This means any additional costs associated with larger sizes (e.g., XL, 2XL, 3XL) will be ignored, resulting in consistent pricing across all sizes by default.
These defaults apply to newly created decorated products. Existing products will retain their current pricing configurations. -
-
Step 3: Configure store owner permissions
These settings determine how much control store owners have over pricing and product rules.
- Configure the settings as required.
-
Allow store owner account to change Admin level price rules: tick this checkbox to allow store owners to override pricing rules set by the Fulfillment Center.
- Allow store owner to set retail price below wholesale price on decorated products: tick this checkbox to allow store owners to set retail prices below cost (use cautiously).
- Allow store owner to override commission on decorated products: tick this checkbox to give store owners control over commission rates on decorated products.
- Allow store owner to ignore minimum quantity rules on decorated products: tick this checkbox to let store owners to bypass minimum order requirements.
- Allow store owner to ignore screen setup fee on decorated products: tick this checkbox to allow store owners to remove setup costs at the store level.
- Allow store owner to ignore quantity discounts for decoration processes and blank price breakdowns on decorated products: tick this checkbox to allow store owners to disable bulk pricing rules for decoration processes and blank products.
- Allow store owner to ignore blank product color price differences on decorated products: tick this checkbox to apply a single base price for all color variants instead of variable pricing. The price for all colors is calculated using the decorated product’s default color. Untick the checkbox, to apply pricing based on the blank product price for each selected color, resulting in variable pricing by color.
- Allow store owner to ignore blank product size price differences on decorated products: tick this checkbox to allow store owners to override size-based pricing adjustments on decorated products. This allows them to apply a single, consistent price across all sizes, ignoring any additional costs typically associated with larger sizes, providing greater flexibility in how products are priced for their customers.
-
Allow store owner account to change Admin level price rules: tick this checkbox to allow store owners to override pricing rules set by the Fulfillment Center.
Step 4: Save your changes

- Click Save to apply your changes.
Your decorated product pricing rules and permissions will now be enforced for the selected store.
