When you start your DecoNetwork account, it will automatically be in Test Mode. Test Mode lets you test functionality without real money being moved. Test credentials are used to simulate payments. Once you’re happy that your system is properly set up, you can take your system live and begin accepting real payments.
If you are a new signup, you must finish setting up DecoPay before you can enable Live Mode. See: DecoPay for setup instructions.

Prerequisites
- You must have administrator access to use this feature.
- If you’re a new signup, complete DecoPay setup first (including your live details).
Why take your system live
- Accept real payments using your live payment configuration (instead of simulated test transactions).
- Go live for customers so orders placed through your store follow your real production and fulfillment workflow.
- Confirm end-to-end readiness before promoting your store publicly.
How to take your system live
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.

Browse to Admin > Settings > General Settings.
Select Fulfillment system status.

The main work area will display the Fulfillment System Status page.

Scroll down to the Live panel.

Tick the Take my DecoNetwork Live! radio button.
- Click Save.

- Confirm DecoPay is complete before switching to Live Mode (especially for new signups).
- Review key business settings like taxes, shipping, and customer communications before sharing your store publicly.
- Tell your team when you switch to live so everyone is ready for real orders and payments.
Troubleshooting
I can’t see or change the Live Mode setting
- Confirm you’re signed in with a staff account that has administrator access.
I’m blocked from enabling Live Mode as a new signup
- Finish setting up DecoPay first: DecoPay.

What’s the difference between Test Mode and Live Mode?
