If you are using ShipStation to manage your DecoNetwork orders, you have the option of choosing whether an email notification is sent from ShipStation to the customer when an order is marked as shipped in ShipStation. DecoNetwork gives you the option to also send an email notification from DecoNetwork when an order is marked as shipped in ShipStation, even if a notification was already sent via ShipStation.
Prerequisites
- You must have Administrator permission to use this feature.
To send notification emails from DecoNetwok when using ShipStation:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Admin > Settings > Shipping > ShipStation Order Sync.
The ShipStation Order Sync settings page will be displayed.
- Tick the "Send order shipped email even when ShipStation order shipped email already sent" checkbox.
- Click Save.
