Download production worksheet (and production files)

All the information necessary for the production of a job can be downloaded as a Production Worksheet in PDF format. Production worksheets can be downloaded individually while you are viewing a job. Production worksheets, along with production files, can also be downloaded in bulk.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator, Production Manager, or Production Team permission to use this feature.
• The job must have the status, "Awaiting production"

To download a production worksheet individually:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Production.

3. Click view to load the job you want to download a production worksheet for.
   

   You can also click anywhere within a job's row to load it.

4. Click on Production Worksheet in the Actions menu, then select Download.
   

   Depending on your browser settings, the worksheet will be immediately downloaded to the default download location or you will be prompted to choose a download location.

To download production worksheets/graphics files in bulk:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Production.

3. Tick the checkboxes of the jobs you want to download production worksheets for.
   

   You can click on the checkbox icon at the top of the checkbox column to display the bulk-selection options:

   
   The number in the checkbox will be updated to indicate the number of jobs selected.

   • Click on select all x line items to select all line items (x is the total number of jobs).
   • Click on select all line items on this page to select all jobs displayed on the current page.
   • Click on deselect all to deselect all line items.
4. Click on Download selected orders.
   
5. Select a download option:
   
   • Download worksheets and graphics as individual files: will download each order as a separate pdf along with all associated graphics production files (all compressed into a zip file).
   • Download worksheets as one pdf: will consolidate all orders into a single worksheet pdf file. (Production graphics files will not be downloaded with this option).
6. Click OK.
7. Click on the download link in the Download Orders popup.
   

   Depending on your browser settings, the worksheets will be immediately downloaded to the default download location or you will be prompted to choose a download location.

Production Worksheet Download Indicator

Once a production worksheet has been downloaded or printed, a printer icon will be displayed beside the order number in the production table to indicate this.

Hover the mouse pointer over the printer icon to show the list of users who have downloaded or printed the worksheet. The date and time are shown for each download or print instance.
