Best-practice tips
- Use a simple, high-contrast logo so it remains readable at small sizes.
- Keep it square where possible to fit the recommended maximum dimensions.
- Standardize branding rules if you manage multiple stores (e.g., which logo should appear on printed invoices).
- Check a sample PDF after saving to confirm the logo placement and clarity.
Troubleshooting
The old logo still appears on invoices
- Confirm you clicked Save after uploading the new logo.
- Download/view a newly generated invoice PDF (older PDFs won’t retroactively update).
- If you’re testing in a browser-based preview, refresh the page and try again.
- Verify you updated the correct store if using store-specific logos.
A store can’t upload its own logo
- In the Fulfillment Center, verify Allow stores to upload own logo is enabled in Admin → Settings → Email & Order Templates → Correspondence Settings.
- Confirm you have configured the logo inside the correct store: Admin → Websites → Manage → Store Configuration → Correspondence Logo.
The “Use Separate Logo For Printing” option is missing
- Confirm Allow stores to upload own logo is enabled at the Fulfillment Center level.
- Check that All Correspondence comes from Fulfillment Center (not store) is unchecked in the store’s Administration → Correspondence Settings.
The logo looks stretched or distorted
- Resize the image to a square or near-square format before uploading (max 100px × 100px).
- Use a logo version designed for small sizes (avoid thin lines and small text).
FAQs
Where does the correspondence logo appear?
The correspondence logo is used on customer-facing documents (such as invoices and other order printouts) and emails generated by DecoNetwork.
What file format and size should my logo be?
Use a JPG or GIF file sized to a maximum of 100px × 100px.
What’s the difference between the global logo and a store-specific logo?
The global logo applies system-wide. A store-specific logo (when enabled) allows an individual store to print its own logo on documents instead.
How do I allow affiliate stores to use their own logo?
Enable Allow stores to upload own logo in Admin → Settings → Email & Order Templates → Correspondence Settings.
Does changing the logo affect emails too?
If your emails include invoice/order PDF attachments, customers will see the updated logo on those documents. (Email body branding is controlled by your email template design.)
