Prerequisites
- Administrator access to your DecoNetwork site
- Email and Order Templates app enabled (required on Standard plans)
- Basic understanding of HTML (for advanced template editing)
Why edit the Order Complete email template?
Editing your Order Complete email template helps you deliver a consistent and professional experience when notifying customers that their order has been finalized.

Step 1: Open Email Templates
- Log in to your DecoNetwork Admin.
- Click Settings.
- Click Email and Order Templates.
- Select Email Templates.
Navigate to Email Templates from Admin → Settings
Step 2: Edit the Order Complete email template
- Locate the Order Complete email template in the list.
- Click Edit next to the template.
Select Edit to modify the template
The Edit Email Template screen will open, where you can configure different aspects of the template.
Step 3: Customize the template content
Use the available tabs at the left to control how the email behaves and what content is sent.
General
- Enable or disable the template using Active
- Add additional recipients using CC or BCC

- Edit the message appended to emails (HTML and plain text)
- Untick Use default to create a custom message

Step 4: Save and test your changes
- Click Save after making your changes.
- Place a test order and process the order to trigger an order completion event by ensuring an order is fully produced and fully shipped.
