The Websites page lets you view and control all websites in your DecoNetwork account from one central location. From this page, you can search and filter websites, open and edit individual sites, apply bulk actions, send notices to selected stores, load the Admin settings for a particular store, and export site data. You can also add a new store or add a campaign directly from this page. This article explains how to use each of these tools effectively.

Prerequisites
- Permissions: Ensure you have Administrator, Websites Manager or Web Developer access to your DecoNetwork account.
- Export scope: When exporting, plan your filters so that each export includes no more than 4,000 websites.
Why manage websites centrally
- Visibility: Quickly audit the status, activity, and configuration of all stores from one place.
- Control: Search, filter, and perform updates across websites without opening them individually.
- Efficiency: Send bulk notices, load store-level Admin panels, or create new stores directly from one screen.
- Reporting: Export website data for audits or analysis. Large accounts benefit from improved filters and batch exports.
Accessing the Websites page
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
-
Browse to Admin → Websites → Manage Websites.

The main work area shows a list of stores you have attached to your account along with some basic management functions.
Finding websites
- Use keyword search and advance filters to refine the list of websites displayed.
-
The search bar lets you quickly navigate to a particular store, which is useful if you are running a large number of stores. The search bar will filter stores down to those that return a hit on your search criteria. For example, searching by domain name or URL (just type it straight into the search box) will only show stores in the list with that name (or part of the name), so you can quickly locate and manage it.
Deleted stores are excluded from basic search results.
When you submit a search without entering anything in the Search field, all stores will be returned in the search results.
-
advanced search will allow you to filter stores by particular parameters including, store URL, Email, Name, Ownership, Login, Phone number, store Group, Store Type, and Status (you can choose to view closed stores only, open stores only, or all stores). The Include deleted checkbox, when ticked, will show stores that have been deleted in the search results.

You can click on the Search button or press Enter on the keyboard to apply your search query.

Sending notices to stores
Notices let you communicate important messages—such as updates, maintenance, or deadlines—to selected stores directly from this page.
- Filter or search to locate the target stores.
- Click the Send button for the store.
-
Enter the subject in the Title field and a message in the Body field.
- Optionally, tick the Send message to store owner's email checkbox.
-
Click Create.
A message will be sent to the store and displayed in the Messages menu. If the checkbox is ticked, an email will also be sent to the store owner.
Viewing and editing a website
-
In the list, click the website’s URL or the Manage button.
The options for the selected store will be load into the sub-menu area and the corresponding settings into the main work area. From there all options will affect that store only. Settings that are of a global nature affecting the Fulfillment Center and all attached stores are still reachable via the main menu.

Best-practice tips
- Use filters to locate stores quickly and keep results within manageable limits.
- Clear filters between tasks to avoid carrying over previous criteria.
- For large networks, export in smaller batches by date or store group.
Troubleshooting
- Export stops at 4,000 rows: Use narrower filters or date ranges and repeat the export until all stores are covered.
- Filters remain active: Filters persist until cleared. Click Clear to reset your search.
- Admin option not visible: Your user role may not have permission to open store Admin areas.
FAQs
Can I manage stores without exporting?
Yes. Exporting is optional and mainly for reporting or record-keeping. All management functions can be performed directly on the Manage Websites page.
Do filters reset automatically?
No. Filters remain applied until you clear them manually, which makes repeated searches or exports faster.
