Turn on customer shipping notification emails

    While this is helpful, is there any chance we can automatically set up these notifications for the SALES REP associated with the order. It would be good for them to know once an order is approved and marked shipped. Thank you

    Thanks for the suggestion, it's a great idea! At the moment, it's not possible to automatically set up notifications for the sales rep associated with the order. Please submit this as a feature request on our Feature Requests Page so it can be formally considered by the product team.
