Prerequisites
- You must have Administrator access to Admin settings.
- Be on the Premium or Enterprise Plan
- Context: This store will be used exclusively to fulfill Shopify orders and will not have a public website.

Step 1: Sign in to your DecoNetwork Admin
- Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
Tip: If you manage multiple accounts, confirm you’re in the correct Fulfillment Center before creating the affiliate store.
Step 2: Open Websites
- Browse to Admin > Websites.

Step 3: Start Store Creation
- Click the Add Store button to begin the setup.
Step 4: Set Store Operator
- Choose who operates the store:
- The new store belongs to someone else: select this option an external Affiliate (the Shopify store owner) will own/operate the store.
- The new store belongs to me: select this option if your Fulfillment Center will own/operate the store.
Note: This choice affects ownership/permissions only. It does not change the store’s behavior as a Shopify fulfillment store.
Step 5: Enable Shopify Fulfillment Mode
- Tick "This store is a Shopify fulfillment store" to designate the site as a non-public, Shopify-only fulfillment store.
Enable the dedicated Shopify fulfillment mode.
Step 6: Proceed to New Store Setup
Step 7: Enter Account & Store Details
- Complete the form New Store form.
- Account Details: Create an Account username and Account password for the affiliate store owner (used to sign in to the backend).
- Store: Set the internal Store URL for administrative access.
- Personal Details:Enter the owner’s Email Address; review the Terms & Conditions and tick to agree.
Step 8: Finalize and Create Store
- Click Save to create the store.
After saving, the store is accessible in Admin. Next, connect it to Shopify using the integration guides below.
Warning: Do not proceed to accept live orders until the Shopify integration steps are completed and tested end-to-end.

- Naming: Include “Shopify Fulfillment” in the store name to avoid confusion with other affiliate sites.
- Access management: If the store “belongs to someone else,” confirm the affiliate owner receives their credentials securely.
- Isolation: Use this store exclusively for Shopify orders; create a separate affiliate site if a web storefront is required.
- Next steps: After creation, configure the Shopify integration and product mapping before enabling any automation.

- Can’t see the checkbox: Ensure you have Admin permissions and affiliate store creation access.
