Create an Affiliate Store on DecoNetwork for Shopify Order Fulfillment

An affiliate store on DecoNetwork is essential for connecting to a Shopify store to fulfill its orders. This guide will walk you through the steps to set up an affiliate store specifically designed for Shopify integration as a fulfillment center operator. Unlike regular affiliate stores, a Shopify fulfillment store is tailored to handle orders exclusively from Shopify. It doesn’t have a public-facing website and is, making it easier to set up and manage. Whether you’re creating an affiliate website on behalf of an independent Shopify store owner or creating one to connect it to your own Shopify store, these steps will help you get started.

Prerequisites

• You must have administrator access to use this feature
• This feature is only available on the Premium and Enterprise Plans

To create a Shopify fulfillment affiliate store:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
2. Browse to Admin > Websites.

   

   

3. Click the Add Store button.
   
4. Choose who operates the store:
   
   • The new store belongs to someone else: select this option if an Affiliate will operate the store.
   • The new store belongs to me: select this option if you - the Fulfillment Center - will operate the store.
5. Tick the checkbox "This store is a Shopify fulfillment store".
   
6. Click Save.

   The New Store setup is displayed.

7. Complete the form New Store form.
   • Account Details
     • Create an Account username and Account password for the affiliate store owner. These credentials will be used to log into the store's backend.
   • Store
     • Specify the Store URL. This URL is internal and used for accessing the store's management interface.
   • Personal Details
     • Enter the Email Address of the affiliate store owner. Login details and important administrative notifications related to the store will be sent to this email.
     • Click on the provided link to review the Terms & Conditions by clicking. After reviewing, tick the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions.
8. Click Save.

   After clicking Save, the store is created and you will immediately have access to its management interface. From here, you can proceed to integrate it with the Shopify store by following the steps in the Shopify integration guides.
