Quote overview

The Quotes page in Business Hub is where you manage quotes for all your stores. Only users with Administrator, Sales Manager or Sales Team roles can access the Quotes page.

Quotes can be created online in a matter of minutes, providing prospective buyers with an accurate estimate of the costs involved for the products and services that you provide and a simulation of the final product, produced to scale.

Professional looking sales quotes with your branding and logo can be generated online from anywhere and emailed to your customer. The customer is sent a link to the quote that they can view online and electronically approve, decline or comment on. You can customize the quote and email templates to match the branding of your business (See Email and Order Templates for details on customizing templates).

Once the quote is accepted, it can easily be turned into a sales order for your production team to fulfill.
